EO/EG shift supervisor

I was a shift supervisor in Shell designed EO/EG plant in Marun petrochemical company that is located in the south of Iran. our main product was MEG , DEG & TEG.

-Expert in precommissioning activities (flushing, blow out, steam out, leak test etc.) in EO/EG Plant.
-Expert in Shell EO/EG commissioning activities.
-Expert in Shell EO/EG process (start up, shut down, normal operation).
-Expert in making on specification MEG, DEG & TEG products.
-Expert in controlling EO reactors in the optimum condition.
-Familiar with different kinds of chemical reactors, heat exchangers, valves, rotary equipments and mechanical seals in EO/EG Plant.
- I have modified some instrument loops in the EO/EG plant and also in some piping parts.
- I have modified some start up and shut down procedures in EO/EG Plant.
- I have recommended some solutions for major problems of the EO/EG plant.

- Practical training of EO/EG process for 30 days at Shell MEOD Moerdijk, Rotterdam, Netherlands (October and November 2004).
