Job Profile
• tracking and expediting material deliveries, shipment collection and clearance
• Managing the purchase of all Capex budget of all dept. and business units (Ship).
• Arrange 3 Nos. quotation for the require items.
• Organize in house document control system Enquiring quotation, follow up with material delivery negotiate with supplier their price and placing orders.
• Alert the management about cost variance of material, Handled Project Procurement for overhauling & maintenance
• Receive evaluate and condition of quotations, Hiring various services (technical & non technical) for Deck, Engine and Hotel with coordinating each dept. head.
• Prepare a data base of suppliers mentioning with all details, Arranging meeting (supplier and client) and meeting schedule
• Checking all the documents before desspatching.,Maintaining a proper filling system ,Drafting letters and Internal memos
