Barchart Schedule, S-Curve, Manhours & Manpower Histogram and Progress
Measurement.
2. Highlight, advice and alarming project team in any issue or consequences
that are potential of delaying the project
3. Prepare Daily , Weekly & Monthly Progress Report consist of Narrative,
S-Curve, Histogram, Progress Measurement & Schedule analysis onshore &
offshore
