- Joined the North Sabah SJRD project team in 2007 for the design of a new living quarter, water injection facilities and Gas Turbine installations. Being the Operation readiness Engineer in Project, my roles are to provide input to Project Basic for Design (BFD), Project Execution Plan (PEP). Prepare the Operating Philosophy & OR & A Execution Plan and set up the Competence training plan for frontline. It is also my accountabilities to coordinate and engage with frontline operations to participate in the PLM, HFE requirement, Hazop & Hazip workshop, SAFOP, Espir, FAT, SAP CMMS Uploading, RCM, and HUC etc.

From 2003 – 2007: Wellhead Maintenance & FPSO Operation Supervisor

- Cross posted to Shell Nigeria for the FPSO operations and handled both Satellite wellhead & FPSO topside operations (e.g. tanker loading, daily routine & non routine activities like well testing, SSV & SCSSV’ leak test, monitor well availability and facilities performance. Coordinate with third party on non-routine activities like schedule shutdown plan, vessel inspections, commissioning & startup and SIMOPS.

From 1997 – 2003: Work Supervisor on offshore Gas complex

- Transferred to EPG-E11 as Work Supervisor, tasked to develop and implement all the E11 Complex approved business & HSE Plans, closely monitor expenditures to ensure that it is well control & maintain within the budget limit and strike for a good platform & equipment uptime & performance. Ensure that functional asset integrity is well maintained and production & HSE target are achieved efficiently.
