maintenance & installing elevators manager

I am seeking a assignment short or long term contact in elevator services,oil and gas industry.

Manager in charge of the elevator division in Gabon, my functions includes commercial meetings with customers, architects, condominium groups, in order to find new markets and sell new elevators, as well as maintenance and modernization contracts.

I also have responsibility for liaison with the elevator company’s head office, to obtain technical or pricing information necessary for quotations to new construction projects.

I also have responsibility for supervision of the maintenance and installations teams that I had technically formed. I am involved in every site meetings, and I checked all Steps of the elevator installation, including the final operation.

Spare parts stock management and logistics are under my responsibility, and I also analyse the accounts of the elevator division with the “Prime” management Software.
