Professional Experience
15+ as an ESP and completions specialist, beginning as a Field Service Engineer in Venezuela (1993), doing installations of ESP equipment in Maracaibo lake, then moved to Colombia as a Shop Manager in Caño Limón – Arauca (1996), in charge of assembly and repair of all components of the ESP system, then moved to Neiva – Huila (1997) as Operations Manager, driving repair shop, field service team and engineering for local customers, moved to Bogotá (2000) as Alliance Coordinator for Oxy, giving technical support to ESP contract and finally assigned as Operations coordinator (2002) for Colombia, responsible for ESP designs and logistics coordination for the whole country activities.
In 2006 moved to Baker Oil Tools Organization, in charge of two (2) bases and a crew of 46 people to provide all kind of services to Colombian Oil Industry, including, liner hangers, completions, workover tools and fishing. Several courses performed to face that kind of activities.
