Completion of engineering packages from project definition through detailed engineering, & subsequent field engineering and construction supervision. Self motivated, good communication skills.
• Lead electrical designer on large scale onshore oil field expansion projects, directing assigned personnel in meeting quality & schedule expectations.
• Electrical supervising designer for offshore electrical installations.
• Diverse background including extensive knowledge of electrical systems including low, medium, and high voltage design, control system design’ PLC and MMI installation.
• Plan & conduct independent work in the evaluation, selection, application & adaptation of design on a project.
• Conversant with applicable industry standards & codes, accepted design practices, and quality standards.

• Assisted in all aspects of developing & implementing a new EHT design program.
• Fully proficient with Autocad, Microstation, Setroute, Microsoft office, PDs and smartplant. • Supervision of field electrical coordinators to ensure completion of site engineering issues, & installation QA/QC. Manage E/I team to achieve project safety, cost, schedule, quality, & objectives utilizing project automation tools.
• Provided ongoing technical support for upgrader construction. Resolution of site engineering issues with contractor and home office engineering, utilizing change management systems. Provide technical direction to superintendents.

• Supervision of direct field labor, contract administration, & management of testing contractor. Monitor and appraise contractor’s performance, ensuring electrical construction activities are executed to QA/QC standards & meet project milestones.

• Directly supervised personnel to commission & turnover system packages to suit plant start-up requirements. Pre-commissioning, commissioning, and client turnover.
