Managed, with HSE focused, a 60 Million Dollar of projects and a team of 10 key project leaders and technicians with the follow relevant responsibilities:
• Managed a 45 MMSCFD Compressions and Gas Conditioning Plant. Get 1 million dollar change order.
• Managed a 45 MMSCFD Natural Gas Liquid Extraction Plant. On Budget and scheduled.
SENIOR PRODUCTION FACILITIES ENGINEER – CONOCOPHILLIPS (Joint Venture with Petrσleos de Venezuela) 2006
Managed a Budget of 50 Million Dollar by Surface Facilities Projects with the follow relevant responsibilities:
• Pre-FEED, FEED and detail design to added three new multiphase pumps. Vendor drawings approvals were included.
• Pre-FEED, FEED and detail design of 120 km of varieties of dilute crude/ produced water and gas pipeline. Included 20 in main east header diluents crude oil: inspection, internal cleaning, replacement of defective sections and branch connections by new flowlines.
• Pre-FEED to Revamp water treatment plant.
• Master five years works construction contractor agreement by (activities were doing in three month, from prepare technical package to contract good award):
o Diluents crude, gas gathering and water injection pipelines. Included well pad connections.
o Electromechanical and instrument field installations works.
CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT – PETROBRAS 2005
Design and Constructed 50 MMUS$ with the follow relevant responsibilities:
• Updated SCADA control systems for gas engine driven reciprocate gas compression plants.
• Constructed 20 km of crude oil flow lines. On scheduled and budget.
• Sour and wet gas conditioning and disclosed systems. Including pipelines, & compression plant.
• FEED Debottlenecking of three phases 100.000 BPD separation station.
• Improve and capacity increases of gas engine driven water disposed injection centrifugal pump station.
