Provides/Ensure proper management and handling of materials from delivery to issuance,storage,stocking,checking and provide preventive maintenance of equipments machine parts such as mechanical,electrical and instruments to be used to the project.

Liaises with engineers to ensure orders are placed within time to ensure material is delivered to site to meet contract programs.

Liaises with Construction Managers / Site Supervisors and undertake logistics tasks as necessary for material deliveries - Expedites material deliveries.

Liaises with Stores to ensure Stock availability as per minimum quantity levels.

Liaises with Procurement Department regarding Order placements for materials needed in construction and minimum stock level in warehouse.
Preparing and counter checking all the documents such as issuance forms, daily accomplishment reports (free issue & kentz materials), requisition forms and collecting vouchers made by end users
