Corporate Reporting - Streamlined and automated a variety of reports for use by industrial corporate clients using Microsoft Access and Excel. These reports allow for the analysis and comparison of multiple Business Units for such metrics as projected volumes, historical gas usage, expected change in corporate-wide costs and cost savings initiatives. By improving upon data collection and reporting standards, the increased number of modeled facilities and improved timeliness of the reports have allowed the clients to develop strategy items as the gas market changes.
Natural Gas Procurements - Prepared natural gas supply RFP (request for proposal). Provided analysis of supplier bids and proposals, budget reporting and planning, regulatory monitoring and other contractual obligations on behalf of the clients.
Fuel Supply Transactions - Provided trading, nomination, and scheduling services for industrial clients in the United States and Canada. Determined market pricing, formulate bidding strategies, consummate energy trades, purchased and sold natural gas. An average of annual transactions for my assigned facilities is estimated between $500,000 - $1,000,000.
Fuel Supply Validation - Validated invoices and assist facilities in communications with vendors to ensure clients have relevant energy data available on a timely basis. Worked directly with suppliers to resolve delivery problems and ensure contract obligations are met on a daily basis.
