Detecting opportunities to maximize the plants performance establishing the root cause analysis for failures of static/rotary equipments and processes.

2007 - 2009. Tia Juana 3 Conventional Pumping Natural Gas Plant (440 MMcfpd) and LGN extraction plant (12Mbls), Maracaibo Lake:
Mechanical and Maintenance Engineering, Planning maintenance programs for static and rotary equipments of the plant, Supervising maintenance works including auxiliary systems, heater exchangers and the main equipments (14 Westinghouse gas turbines connect to 14 Ingersoll Rand Centrifugal Gas Natural compressors pumping natural gas for oil extraction, 01 Westinghouse gas turbine connect to 01 Ingersoll Rand Centrifugal propane compressor pumping propane used as cooling gas for LGN extraction plant , 02 Solar modular plants with solar Taurus 60 turbine connect to 02 ethane centrifugal compressors pumping ethane to a “Pequiven” petrochemical complex and 01 solar modular plant with solar centaur 40 turbine connect to 01 York propane centrifugal compressor used as a secondary LGN extraction plant.
