ADMIN

• Yemen LNG project in Balhaf, YEMGAS-GRIFFIN.
• Position: air strip Security Administrator.
• From 6-12-2005 to 10-2-2008 working as administrator in yemgas security office
• -Controlling the access of personnel and vehicles according to gate pass authorizations issued by company and approved by YEMGAS security and make the necessary arrangement for enter/exit through the main gate.
• -translate and explain for the security guards any security instructions
• Or procedures issued by security department. And give the commands to allow them to Enter/Exit. Personnel, vehicles, materials or goods .
• -Check the visitors ID cards or passports and give them visitor badge according to their authorization in main gate and the airstrip.
• - Check gate pass for expatriates who want to exit/leave the site.
• -Filing all kind of authorizations related with work in the main gate.
• -Prepare the daily reports concerning visitor and vehicles entry/exit the site and all events happened during the day...
• -Make investigation for problems concerning the work.
• - Contact with security department and OPS Room to solve any problem. By radio and telephone .
• -Checking requested documents for passengers at departure and arrival times in the air strip and gives /takes from them visitor badges.
• - Writing all information for visitors Vehicles in log book and computer.

• From 10-2-2008 up to now working in griffin main office as administrator
Administrative works in the exit-entry office at the a main
Gate of BALHAF site.
Doing on administrative works in the preparatory operation room at the main gate concerning.
Temporary badges ------- mobilization of manpower.
- controlling transition of expatriates
- working in the airstrip to check the arrives and departures according to the list
