Process Design Engineering (Basic, FEED, Detailed Engineering, Proposal, Root causing, Trouble shooting,De- Bottle necking and Safety system designing).

• Development of Process Simulation using HYSYS,Wimsim Design-II,and Unisim R-831
• Heat and Material balances(H&M table)
• Preparation of Process Flow Diagram(PFD)and updating based on concepts changes
• Preparation of Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P& ID) and updating and incorporating
the HAZOP & HAZID comments.
• Equipment Sizing and Rating.(Two phase separators ,Three phase separators, gas scrubbers, Flare Knock out Drum, Heat Exchangers Air (Fin) and coolers)based on API standards.
• Cold vent load and flare radiation analysis based on API-521, 520’s and GPSA
• Line sizing and Hydraulic calculation.
• Pump selection and NPSH calculation.
• PSV, CV sizing, and selection.
• Preparation of Process datasheets for mechanical Equipments and instruments.
• Preparation of line list, Utility consumption figures.
• Preparation of Cause and Effect Diagrams and safe charts, based on API-14 C
• HAZOP and HAZID activities.
• Fire water network preparation and analysis, Deluge based fixed sprinkler fire water system
Designing and analysis. Based on OISD and NFPA codes.
• Co-ordination with the inter disciplinary departments in terms of giving process inputs and assisting to OISD auditing
• Co-ordination with various department.
