1.Conducting safety induction for new employees to make them aware of workplace, environment, safe system of work, their duties and possible hazards involved and other required information.
2.Assessing competencies of new employees and initiating required training.
3.Booking all mandatory courses as per grade for new and existing employees. Updating HSE course details on HSE Matrix for about 190 employees
4.Arranging weekly Safety Meeting, preparing minutes of meeting & circulating electronically to PDO as well as other required departments of the company.

9.Periodically arranging special meetings to address the issues relating to HSE & hygiene as per directions from Head Office.
10.Conducting Emergency Fire Drill periodically and ensure that all employees are assembled at assembly point.

1.Preparation of Time Sheets for about 190 employees and updating the Smart Pay system electronically every end of the month & export to Payroll department at Head Office to process employees’ salary.
