Corresponding with national and international counterparts to expedite the transit of shipments as required by the customer. Keeping keen follow through on the shipping line incidents to take necessary action. Expediting multipiece shipments¡¦ transit through containerization options. Reporting missing shipments to the local and regional security and coordinating to locate the same. Following up with the local and international operations department with regards to the customs clearance formalities. Seeking risk management¡¦s approval for movement of high value shipments. Responding to customer¡¦s claim on the insurance policy for mishap during shipping. Identifying DANGEROUS GOODS from msds and approving the shipping as per IATA regulations.


To respond to customers¡¦ requests & queries in a professional way matching to the class of a multinational firm. Being at the Key Accounts Desk, to attend to highly prioritized requests from Key customers like US Military (Al Udeid Air Base & Camp Al Saliyah), Dyncorp, Halliburton, Mannai, Al Jazeera Sattellite,HalulOffshore,Weatherford, Qatar Foundation etc. To contact National & International offices to meet the deadlines for the customers. To submit Monthly and weekly reports to the customers. To take care of all SCHLUMBERGER shipments via air and road, while meeting the strict deadlines for the need of oil field equipment being transferred to various parts around the world. To Co-ordinate with the technical operation department of a five star airline like for immediate transfers of aircraft spares to different vendors around the world. To deal scope of business with sales orientation and optimization. Understanding customer¡¦s needs and offering alternate freight options saving cost and time for both the parties.

Maintaining the stock with the help of log books,where the daily inbound and outbound transactions are entered.Stock taking at frequent intervals to ensure the accuracy of reports prepared.Contacting the regional suppliers' office well before exhaust of material stock. Maintained good relation with known supply chains including Qatar Cement Factory, TISCO, Hammamco etc..
