Ship’s Technician. Rostov on Don Marine College, Russia. 1985. Specialized in operation and maintenance of ship’s machinery. Qualification: Assistant of Engineer.
Ship’s Engineer. Marine College of State Maritime Academy, St. Petersburg, Russia. 1994. Extensive training in all aspects of Marine Engineering. Qualification: 3-rd Class Engineer.
Bachelor of Law (LL.B). Moscow State Industrial University, Russia. 2006. Extensive training in Criminal, Commercial, Civil Law.

• Latvian Seamen’s Register. Capacity: Second Engineer Officer 3000 kW or more.
