Lead Instrument & Control System Engineer with 30 years of experience in the Refinery / Off-shore oil platform, Petrochemical Chemical and Power projects on complete project lifecycle from Basic / Detailed engineering, cost & resource estimation, resource planning, installation supervision, commissioning and maintenance of process control instruments and systems.
Successfully completed Shell SIFPro Concept & Practice course, Functional Safety Engineering course I & II conducted by EXIDA and IEC 61508 Lifecycle Safety workshop conducted by TNO Safety Solutions Consultants BV. Have hands-on experience in Classification, Design and verification of SIF using SIFPro.
Familiar with Sizing & / selection of Control valve / Relief Valve / Flow meters and INtools Foundation Fieldbus technology.
Conversant with client specific standards such as ExxonMobil GPs, Shell DEPs. Successfully lead several task force for preparing quality Instrument engineering package for major Refinery / Petrochemical projects within budget and schedule. Have the technical ability, people skill and experience to lead multi-office project execution.
