22 years professional working experience in the Gulf Countries (Saudi Arabia and UAE) in the field of material procurement, Logistics/ Warehouse, and safety management. Detail is as follows:

Plans, organizes and manages the procurement and subcontracting activities undertaken by the Company and is responsible for ensuring that related activities are performed efficiently, effectively and in accordance with established Company policies and procedures. Analyzes technical data, preliminary specifications, supplier facilities, and availability of material. Consults with engineering personnel to establish performance criteria and specifications for testing. Investigates potential suppliers and recommends those most desirable. Advises company personnel, suppliers, and customers of nature and function of material. Interviews supplier representatives regarding specifications, costs, inspection, and similar problems relating to material. Arranges and participates in conferences between suppliers and engineers, purchasers, inspectors, and other company personnel to facilitate material inspection, substitution, standardization, rework, salvage, utilization, and economical procurement of material.

Having proven ability to interact with people and fluent in English language. Proven track record in supervising all Procurement functions with experience in Logistics /warehouse functions required to support Company Operations. Ability to interact teamwork with both subordinates and managers. Excellent man management and communication skills, proactive approach to problem solving. Commercially astute and have excellent negotiation skills. Reputation for integrity, maturity, and an ability to work under pressure in a fast paced multi-faceted business environment.
