Management – Review PDR (Procedure Document Register, Review Drawing AFD & Approved revision, Attend meeting for status planning of project, Inspection Test Plan review, Material Plan and Schedule discussion with main-con and vendor, review vendor data etc.)
Pipe line R.O.W (Right Of Way) – Cutting, Grading, and Trenching to lowering down of 36” of Pipe Line class 1, 2 & 3 Spec. API5L for 523KM from Sabah Kimanis Compressor Station toward t MLNG, Bintulu. Monitoring all KP marker in every 50 meter, check report from surveyor base to alignment sheet. Monitoring Hot & Cold bending, NDT, Pipe Coating, Wrapping, Holiday Test, Trenching and back filling. All activities subject to approval with DOE for any erosion and crossing of any access.
Mechanical - Install 4 unit of Turbine Compressor Dresser Rand Titan 130, 4 unit of Gas Cooler, Vessel such as Filter/Fuel Separators (4 unit), fuel Separator (4 unit), Filter station for turbine Compressor (4 Unit), Buffer Air (4 Unit). Witness of alignment work, etc.
Piping - Monitoring and inspection for all piping work base to P&ID, Isometric Drawing and GA drawing. Plot an existing drawing to AUTOCAD, Witness WPS & WQT, Welding and NDT testing activities at ROW and compressor area.
Civil – Witness for cube test strength & Density for concrete test, clearing/Grading/Cutting soil as per procedure requirement, compressor area for locate facilities and vessel unit, FDT check & bore core soil investigation (SI) etc. Identify Non-Process & Process area to follow as per AFC (Approved for Construction) latest revision drawing.
Catodic Protection (CP) – To monitoring Soil Test resistivity at all ROW, Metering Station & Block Valve Station as follow with Procedure to test every 1, 2 & 3 meter. Reading test with Ù/meter.
