Present position. From Novemver 2007.

Working for Sonahess in Algeria in the position of Power Operations Commissioning Engineer. Based at Zotti, Gas Injection Plant overseeing the initial start up and commissioning of the power generation and distribution system. Which comprises of 4@23Mw frame 5 GE/NP gas turbine generators, 60Kv. Overhead distribution system, 60Kv, to 3 Nos. field production facilities (approx 45Km. long runs) along with a local plant distribution system of 11kv, 5.5Kv? and 380V switchboards and transformer requirements. All switchgear and 60kv. Control/switching units onsite are ABB supply, and the whole installation is monitored/controlled by a Brush Prismic Power Management System (PMS). Gas Compression facilities consist of 3 @ 6515Kw Booster Compressors, 3@ 9790Kw. Gas Lift compressors & 2@ 9230Kw. Miniciple Flood Gas Compressors, Thermo dyne make, Nuovo Pignone supplied and all controlled by 11Kv. variable speed drive systems (VFD’s).
Duties are to over sea vendor commissioning on generators and electrical installation. Compile both equipment and system operating procedures; assist with compiling of electrical safety rules and operating procedures. Operator in the safe operation of generation and distribution systems.

2- Centrifuge compressor NUOVO PIGNONE BCL 405.
3- Processes Gas lift Compressors.
4- Miscible Gas flood Compressors.
5- Digital, analogue and DCS systems as applied in Oil and
Gas Installations.
6- Controls Commands system MKVI

I read and write English, French and Arabic languages.
I have a Diploma in Industrial Engineering Maintenance with the Institute of Algerian Petrol (IAP). Covering the following topics, electromechanically, and Instrumentation Maintenance. I have also successfully completed training on GE MarkV1 controls, as fitted to their Frame 5 Gas Turbines, at Nuovo Pignione, Florence, Italy.
I have completed successfully a 6 months training course in Instrumentation with Sonatrach. This course covered digital, analogue and DCS systems as applied in Oil and Gas Installations.
I have 5 years practical experience, 2 years as a Electromechanically Technician, 2 years as an Instrumentation Technician with Sonahess a Oil and Gas company in Algeria and 1 years assisting commissioning of GE frame 5 gas turbine generators with MarkV1 control systems. I am a knowledgeable and capable person and I have worked in multi-national teams.
I have carried out supervisors duties on a leave relief basis and know what these duties entail.
