• Over twenty years experience, with 10 years performed at the management level or above, in positions including Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
• Skilled in all aspects of Culinary operations for large International properties, ensuring kitchen operation smoothly up in running, food and beverage cost controls, analyzing performance trends, scheduling staff and coordinating all sections in the Kitchen Area.
