1 ) Senior Contracts Manager –June 2012 till Present.
Employer: Technicas Reunidas (TR) Spain.
Project: Jazan Refinery and terminal Project, Saudi Arabia.

Work scope: Hydrocracker and Hydro treater Packages for the Jazan Refinery and Terminal project. Spain - Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
Managing and administrating all the aspects related to the Main Contract with the Client” Aramco”, including but not limited to all the issues related to the Pre and Post Main Contract such as : Contract´s clauses interpretation , all correspondence, procedures , meetings, interfacing, coordination, schedule, Value engineering, proposals, Resources and Manpower, Costs, Change Orders, Claims, Negotiation, Clarification and scope alignment meetings.

Bachelor of Engineering, Ain Shams University, Egypt, 1980. Major: Civil Engineering.
Member of Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers

Pre university school: College DE La Salle, Frere, (French school), Daher 1975.
Language Skills: Very good command of spoken & written: English, French and Arabic.

Courses: Project Management at Sweden. (40 days )
: Negotiation Skills at Abu Dhabi (5 days)
