The start-up function for me as Finance Manager of the group was to out-line the activity-financial-control flow of the group operations

keen observation of organizational functions and implementing effective operations *organizing people and work towards sharpened goal-orientation *smart management of fund and resources *swift analysis and *pragmatic planning.

(a) : Establishing Centralized Clinical Scheduling and Controlling Daily
Accounting function in ERP software system,
leading a team of 2 senior and 4 junior accountants.


(b): Credit Control and Cash Flow Management ( month-wise forecast/
control) including Capital Budgeting on Medical Equipment
purchases.

(cProviding the outflow-revenue- contribution statistics of each line
of operation and projections for each major investment action with
pragmatic financial management tools.


(d: Monthly MIS reporting &Quarterly Publishing of financials to
stakeholders.

(e): Facilitating Financial Audit of all group establishments

• Chartered Accountant

• Studentship registered and course completed of American CPA with AICPA (Colorado). Final exam to be given in the USA

•Associate Member of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants of India.

• Holding over 15 years of widespread experience in the fields of
Accounting , Taxation on Sales/ Income , Auditing ,Finance Management , Capital Investment Projections and Management- Due Diligence Reporting.
