„Ï Troubleshoot a wide range of problems in consultation with Counterpart STEP administrative, programmatic, and technical staff.
„Ï Update, maintain, and troubleshoot whatever issues STEP staff have with their workstations, office printers and other shared systems, office networks and Internet/Intranet connections, Windows file/print/DNS/etc server, WAPs, and switches, and the STEP email server.

„Ï Train STEP staff on the various tools and systems available to them.
