Project Control engineer

A Project Control managerial post in an international company where career opportunities exist to permit my long-term contribution.

August-2007 to present: Consolidated Contractors International Company and Teyseer Contracting Company (CCCT JV) Contractor, in QATAR SHELL GTL Project under the management of JGC and (KBR). The project is about USD 977,0580M remeasured contract and contains: General civil, concrete, steel structure erection, Equipment, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, Insulation, Painting, and fire proofing works additional to USD 46,169M lump sum contract for EPC works for 23 buildings.
Section Head of Field progress monitoring and control
My job includes:
•The main activity is to Breakdown the Packages Activities into smallest operations to establish the accurate level of monitoring and controlling.
•Measuring actual work done performed on Site on weekly basis for all disciplines
•Measuring actual works done for all building starting from substructure works through superstructure, walls, finishing, E&I and HVAC works.
•Preparing the Rule of Progress Measurement, Reporting systems and the progress measurement procedure.
•Issuing the Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports for the Client and internal, MOA report, quart and sponsor meetings presentations.
•Updating the schedules (process, utility, and building) in monthly basis by resource and quantity.

August-2003 to August- 2007: ARCHIRODON Construction (Overseas) Co. In Ruwais 3NGL Project under Snamprojetty as a main contractor from GASCO as a Client
and in IDKU ELNG Project with BECHTEL Construc-tion as a main Contractor

Electro-Mechanical Project Control Engineer
My job includes:
•Quantity surveying, procurement of all electrical and mechanical parts and equipments such as Marine Fenders, quick release hooks, Pipe Insulation, Cable trays, Lighting, ca-thode Protection, and HVAC.
•Responsible for preparing and issuing the comparative statement, letter of intend Subcontract agreement and orders for all the electro-mechanical items
•Responsible for various progress measurement system; productivity charts in daily weekly and monthly basis in additional to monthly invoices to the client and with the subcontractors.

Qualification: Diploma in Quality control from Ain Shames university-Cairo.2004
