Process Engineer

1 Review of process flow diagrams, Process & Instrumentation diagrams.

2 Pumps hydraulic calculation checking, Line size, safety valve calculations verification.

3 Process Simulation on Hysis.

4 Review of process data sheets for oil & gas separators, columns, heat exchangers mainly air cooled exchangers & pumps.

5 Preparation of request of quotation for bought out items like pumps, column Internals ,separators, exchangers, gas compressors etc.

6.. Acting as a Interface between vendors & project execution team.

7 Offshore precommissioning & commissioning activities as & when required.


Carried out Precommissioning & Commissioning activities on Oil & gas platform for Hot oil system, Gas dehydration Unit, produced water conditioning system, potable water pump,DCP skid, Utility air compressor etc. on NQ Complex ONGC Bombay High field.

Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology Pune, Pune University (Maharashtra) with First Class With Distinction having aggregate of 66.1%. Year of Passing 2006.

H.S.C. in 2002 from Y.C.I.S.Satara (Maharashtra) with First Class With Distinction (89.8 %).

S.S.C in 2000 from D.E.S.Wai (Maharashtra) with First Class With Distinction (80.4 %).
