Worked with Machinery outfitting design part as production design engineer.Make manufacturing drawing and installation drawing in main engine room for production according to building specification,relevant rule & regulation, standard practice, system diagram and basic arrangement, other relevant worked to distribute drawing, follow up the relevant problem of distributed drawings, settle comments issued site owners or class surveyor and handled production problem and report. Also for technical job improving productivity, workability and cost saving, maintenance of standard practice, technical data and catalogue and manage design schedule and work load.Nature of job are Pipe, and steel outfitting production design.Work zone are engine room, engine casing and funnel, shaft tunnel, emergency generator, fan room, and after peak tank.

: 7 Vessel Container carrier with 4,300 TEU ( ton of equivalent unit ) 1 vessel Container carrier with 3,600 TEU ( ton of equivalent unit ).

Assigned in manufacturing drawing of ducting, grating, Installation drawing of piping deck under, installation drawing of piping deck plan including pipe support and total arragement of machinery.



Nov. 2004 – Sept. 2007 JUNIOR PLANT ENGINEER, BLASTMASTER INC.
Worked with the mechanical engineering department as a junior plant engineer. Responsible for maintaining the quality and accuracy of raw materials and finished products received and delivered from suppliers and to customers through the use of metrology tools such as calipers, micrometer, sling hydrometer, hexagonal wet film comb and banana type elcometer measuring instrument and through visual inspection. Also, responsible in maintaining safe manufacturing practice in the production floor. Operate blast machine, Handling people in production floor.
