„« Scheduling of material transfers from external warehouses,
monitoring and follow through of stores on going projects for operational improvements

„« Monitoring the consumable stock and replenish upon reaching its Re-Order level (ROL) in coordination with Central Procurement (CP)

„« Manage a team of multinational work force to get optimum result in the achievement of objectives, ensuring their skills enhancement through continuous training and seminars

„« Adherence to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as set out of ISO, HACCP, Almarai Quality Policy (AQP) and compliance with all safety measures

„« Assess efficiencies and implement continuous improvement programs for optimal functioning of the department

„« Ensure that all the work and work areas are conform to appropriate defined environment, health and safety regulation. Conduct periodical internal audit to ensure team¡¦s compliance with hygiene and safe housekeeping practices

„« Investigate any process deviation or non conformance arising out from the shift and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are followed and carried out

„« Assisting Inbound Warehouse Manager on yearly budget preparation, manpower planning and periodical report preparation on Stock holding, Inventory analysis, Slow moving stock reports, Rejected Damaged (RDD) stock & claim reports and weekly and monthly department KPI performance reports
