- Operate Process equipments (pumps; Glycol regeneration skids; heaters; air coolers
and compressors)
- Good command in operating DCS and PLC.
- Plant start up and shut down. According to procedures.
- Operate Well heads.
- Operate power generation engines (Waukesha ATGL Gas engines)
- Control the injection rates of all plant chemicals to ensure safe process operation.
- Operate utilities units (Air separation and instrument air production Unit.; Nitrogen
Production unit...)
- Plant troubles shooting rising
- Make minor plant adjustments when necessary and reporting any serious faults to Control room.
- Plant daily inspections.
- Train and coach new filed operators (6 operators).
- Preparation of equipment for maintenance (Isolation and venting or draining)
