• Inspection of concrete fire resistance coating for specific structures in the gas plant
• As-built dossier preparation
• Ascertaining equipment calibration certificate status.
• Ensuring compliance to survey plans and drawings for piles, civil and turbine foundations.
• Structural / building plan detailing / interpretation
• Ensuring compliance to building specifications by subcontractors
• Monitoring / control of building materials on site
• General rectification of defects in the building before handing over.
• Observing and maintaining quality assurance & Control of works.
• Updating daily progress report chart.
• Inspection and verification of mix design through trial mixes.
• Verification of material manufacturer’s certification.
• Inspection and verification of suitability of concrete aggregates and re-inforcement.
• Inspection of sub-sea concrete mattresses and log mats production.
• Inspection / witnessing of concrete compressive resistance testing.
