Allocate jobs to service engineers, deal with customer issues and plan up with service coordinators for the best possible solution and acheive those solutions using service engineers

I work as a service engineer, i am incharge of maintaining a certified service centre, train new service engineer and service our products installed on ships.
install and commission new equipments.
perform annual radio surveys.
i have travelled all over the middle east to perform the above mentioned tasks.

i have completed my bachelors degree in electronics(BE-Electronics) with first class from the mumbai university (India)
