• Responsible for preparing Team’s Officer Performance Report, Daily and Monthly
• Country wide ATM MONITORING through Phoenix.
• Provide top quality Customer Service to our valued customers.
• Floor Supervision in absence of Team Leaders.
• Team Leader’s Back-up in absence of Team Leader
• Mentoring new call center agents.
