Expediting & Tracking Supervisor

To be engaged in Oil & Gas Industry specilaizing in the field of materials handling, dispatch, distribution, storage and management.

Well experienced and adopted in tremendous work pressure environment for almost 3-years as Material Coordinator that handled different projects such us refineries constructions,petro chem, electro-mechanical works such as oil & gas separations, flame and incinerators, stp's, central utitily plants.

Working with suppliers inside & outside the kingdom to ensure timely fabrication, manufacturing, production, inspection and delivery of parts, equipments & materials up to the project location & sites.

Coordinates directly to the key representatives to meet the project requirements in compliance to the principal clients such as SAUDI ARAMCO, SABIC, FLOUR, EMAAR, DRAGADOS, SAUDI KAYAN, FOSTERWHEELER, SNC LAVALLIN and other major client standard and requirement.

Arranged third party inspections inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia if require prior delivery of materials. Familiar on the different levels of Saudi Aramco standard and inspection requirements.

Attends meeting with client/suppliers and top management regarding abnormalities in delivery that will forecast the delay mobilization of materials to site and provide the resolution, positive suggestion to meet the delivery on time.

Manages and supervise effective tracking on delivery of goods and resolves issue relating to material delivery.

Coordinates with the projects for all material requirements as per the project specifications and client requirements and up to date monitoring & updating of procurement schedules, major equipment reports, warehouse reports, tracking reports local and international and project plans from mobilization up to complete handing over of the project.
