Job Responsibilities
To make certain and accomplishment of project quality plan.
Preparation of NDT and welding procedure qualification for piping and pipeline.
Monitoring welding parameters and visual inspection of piping and pipeline.
Monitoring and recording actual parameters for Procedure Qualification as per ASME Sec IX and API 1104.
Witness of all mechanical testing for PQR & WQT for pipeline.
Validate consumable storage, backing and its issue & control.
Welder Qualification test for piping, pipeline and in service welding as per ASME Sec IX & API 1104
Review of Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and implementation.
Issuance of non-conformance reports (NCR) and action for timely closing.
Witness of equipment installation.
Coordination with TPI for witness of all NDE methods.
Radiograph interpretation and reporting.
Fit-up, dimensional, visual inspection and releasing of piping spool to the painting.
Witness of UT scanning and lamination checking for pipe, welds and bevel ends as Per the project specification and standard.
Review of test packages, site inspection and preparation of punch list.
According to project specification and standard.
Witness of NDE and monitoring welding parameters and critical point during Split-Tee
Welding for the HOT Tapping.
Rising RFI to the company, inspection coordination, submission of the final documents to the company approval.
