Ensure all quality control records for the work are progressively accumulated, indexed and Available to review by field management.
Ensure that Health, Safety, Environment, Security (HSES) and quality policy is understood and implemented by all supervised staff and project contractors.
Carry out equipment inspections against specifications.
Maintain an effective Site filing and records retrieval system.
Ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures are developed and that the split of responsibilities matrix is issued.
Review all plant P&ID.s.
Fully implement the requirements of all Construction Operations mandatory procedures.
With the discipline engineers, carry out, functional tests of equipment and systems.
Provide technical recommendations and assistance to other departments.
Monitor and supervise equipment installation on site
