Summary of Experience
 More than 11 (Eleven years of experience in the Quality Control /Assurance management in the fields of Piping ,Tanks, steel structure, plate work and equipments Industry, in compliance with International codes, standards and Specifications like API, ASME , AWS etc., related QA/QC activities for Welding and Non Destructive Testing, in service inspection. Engaged in Quality Assurance activities like ITP and Coordination with Quality control department for effectiveness, training the personnel and analyzing the data for improving the conformity, efficiency and quality. Control all NDT activities on site (RT, UT, MT, VT, and PT).
 Welder qualification record (WQT), test welder and issue the relevant document as Per ASME, AWS and DIN code.
 Visual Inspection, Dimensional check.
 Materials inspection according to DIN, ASME, ASTM, JIS.
 Material takes off.
 Familiar by ASME, AWS, DIN, API.
 Follow up & implementation.
 Preparation all technical procedures and constructions for fabrication and sites.
 Preparation and provide quality manual.
 Preparation all documentations required to ISO 9002:2000.
 Complete super vision for DCC department.
 Review and preparation of (ITP) Inspection Test Plan.
