„« Knowledge in hydraulic and related/ supported applications viz denison, parkers, rexroth, hugglands products
„« Having work experiences in rig(oil field),vessels, oil flushing, pressure testing and filtrations of hydraulic systems & controls
„« Hydraulics, pneumatics system, direction control valves, flow Control valves, check valves
and single and double acting Cylinders, pumps (gear, piston, vane) hyd.motors(all types)
Over hauling.
„« Knowledge in various testing¡¦s, measuring, calibration, monitoring equipment¡¦s/ instruments and hard tools
„« Knowledge in fitting sizes viz jic, bsp, sae, npt etc.
„« Knowledge in reading hydraulic & pneumatics circuits, drawings. And also trouble
shootings.
„« Erection, commissioning, operation cum maintenance of Pumps, gear boxes, compressors,
blowers, valves.
„« having work experience in conveyor(roller, chain, bucket , overhead)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES
„« Reading drawings manuals and code specifications.
„« Responsible to maintain the workshop, plant equipment¡¦s,
Accessories, etc. in good order & maintenance of good house
Keeping at all job locations.
„« Coordinate with technical staff in carrying out various tests,
Inspections, trails, and defect rectification/investigation of various
Hydraulic system/equipment¡¦s in the workshop facility and at job
Locations.
„« Ensure all transactions are carried out as instructed by the supervisor.
