Construction Projects Management

1. Bridges and Roads Construction:
• Bridges construction, including piles and pile caps construction, main girders and decks construction, all the finishing works and earth works required.
• Bridges and roads design check according the main concept and design tasks.
• Earth works and compaction of proposed projects development prior to construction, using dynamic compaction method.
• Construction of asphalt roads, including sub grade layer preparation, sub base layer leveling and compaction, asphalt layer application and any required treatment during the construction.

2. Project Planning and Management:
• Time programs for project using Primavera software, including tasks coordination with resources and budget.
• Planning and management of site activities, including civil mechanical and electrical works.
• Coordination between all the activities according time schedule and technical specifications.
• Coordination between the consultants and designers with the contractors, site engineers and technicians in order to get the most optimized results of work.
• Management of equipments, materials and human resources of the project according time schedule and technical specifications.

3. Civil works consultancy:
• Quality control and quality assurance of materials and construction items.
• Testing materials and handling with tests standards.
• Basic and final decisions of construction methods and materials quality.
• Structural design concepts and technical specifications of all the construction works.
• Presentation of project progress time table and labor schedules during construction phases.
• Selection of materials, construction methods and finishing.
• Structural design check and approval using computer applications, STAAD Pro and Auto Cad applications.
