Conduct Daily/Weekly Tool Box Talk Meeting (TBT) to all employees where specific safety issues were raised, discuss and minute for action and as well provide assistance to site supervision in carrying out the toolbox briefing when as required.
Carried out site surveys to see that only safe work methods are used in operations, that health and safety requirements are being observed, and that facility are adequate and properly maintained.
Identifying Potential hazards on new contracts before work commences and takes action to have it rectified.
Taking necessary action to rectify violates of procedures or newly identified hazards, to ensure safe working conditions.
Provide information to all employees on the emergency procedures, safe use handling and disposal of raw materials, products and wastes.
Submit daily activity after completion, bringing to attention actions taken on identified matters of concern and issues requiring resolution by higher authority.
Taking immediate remedial action on any incidences of defenses and document to be submitted to the HSE Manager.
Report and investigate accident/incident and adopt appropriate measures to prevent reoccurrence of any hazard.
Assist the training for all levels of employees to promote awareness of injury prevention and damage control
