• Prepare list of resources for optimal utilization
• Preparation of WBS & List down the project activities .
• Prepare a complete project work schedule .
• Monitor , Record & Update the work progress at site .
• Produce the reports as required in the project
• Taking off quantities from drawings for measurement purposes and to assist in the preparation of requisitions.
• Liaise with the design department to ensure updated information is always used.
• Site supervision and implementation of the job as per the drawings.
• Follow up subcontractors works.
• Handling of skilled manpower.
• Leading & monitoring the project team towards the successful completion on time
• Co-ordinate with client & Maintain good relationship with client’s staff.
• Preparation of certificates for payments of subcontractors.
• Checking of certificates for payment of sub-contractors protecting the company’s Interests vis … vis contracted terms, conditions & executed activities.
• Ensure that the works are constructed to a good quality in line with the specification and good working practice
