Project Overview: Ambergris Cay Partnership is a company managing the development of Big Ambergris Cay for the Turks and Caicos sporting club. Development include High end multi millions Cottages, restaurant, Spa, Environmental Learning Center with a facilities as Staff housing, Power Plant, Incinerator, WWTP and RO system

Role: Reporting directly to the project Director;
in charge for parts of budget, schedule, drawings review, team management and quality control (replace TC building department for inspection)
manage contractors and subcontractors through framing/joinery, tiling, dry walling, stonework/marbling to painting and associated MEP works

Projects value raging from $ 500 k to $ 6 M.
