Instrumentation Engineering

1. To execute construction activities as per Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Instrument Point & Line (IPL) Diagrams and project diagrams etc. Supervision of field activities such as Loop checking for DCS & PLC Programming (Ladder Logic & FBD) systems.
2. Supervision of Instruments on site which is connected through Junction Boxes and Marshalling Panels & System Cabinets in Process Interface Building (PIB) to Distribute Control System (DCS) in Central Control Room.
3. Preparation of Field Material Requisition (FMR), Field Revision Notice (FRN) and Request for Information (RFI).
4. Preparation of As-Built for Piping & Instrumentation Diagram, Instrument Loop Diagrams (ILD), Instrument Segments Diagrams (ISD), Junction Box Scheduling, Instrument Hookup Diagrams, Interconnection Diagrams and Instrument Data Sheets.
5. Inspection, Test and reporting of Project activities and its preparation of data sheets as per require for Field Instruments.
6. Preparation of Data Sheets for various local mounted instruments by EXTERNAL EDITOR 7.0 software and uploading in Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI).
7. Updating the project records after completion of punch listing. Drawing modification as per site requirements, change of load arrangements and changes of specifications etc.
8. Project activities day to monitor, review and updating as per field activities completion.
9. Make the required Record files to help of Pre-Commissioning process for energizing and testing the instruments on site.
10. Maintaining all safety and international standards like ARAMCO for project activities and documentation.
11. Coordinating with other departments for completion of project in various inspections, check-up, updating etc.
12. Involved in the Health & Safety Environment (H.S.E.) activities in plant and field areas and involved with the training programs, motivating the people regarding safety equipments and devices.
13. Involve with project construction weekly meetings, Safety walks in field areas, to carry out the activities with all procedures, standards and schedules.

Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India in year 2007 passout.
