• Working as Gas Turbine Mechanical Engineer in Granite Service International, Inc, which completely owned by GE energy.
• Rotating equipment mechanical maintenance engineer in Egyptian Maintenance Company (EMC) in: -
- NUOVO PIGNONE manpower contracts in EGYPT.
- ELNG (Egption Liquefied Natural Gas) as a gas turbine leader in shutdown & (QA-QC) for new
Material and old material.
- MIDOR plant global maintenance contract in ALEX-EGYPT port form 1 year.
• FIRE FIGHT & HVAC Installation Engineer in Watania for Eng& Const co.


1- Team leader for frame five gas Turbine mark (IV) Maintenance in ELNG (NUOVO PIGNONE) Overhaul (combustion inspection, hot gas path inspection, first stage buckets replacement).
2- Combustion inspection, Hot Path Gas inspection for 6 Gas turbine frame 5 Edko site.
3- Dry Gas seal replacement for five centrifugal Compressors.
* Contracted to Nigeria LNG limited.

1-Team leader for (6001B) gas Turbine Maintenance in NLNG (NUOVO PIGNONE) Overhaul (Combustion Inspection & Hot Gas Path Inspection).
2-1st stage nozzle replacement, 1st stage buckets shroud blocks replacement, 1st stage buckets replacement.
3-Complete replace and reinstall new parts of flow sleeves, liners, transition pieces, faul nozzles, and flame detectors.
4-2nd stage nozzle replacement, 2nd stage buckets shroud blocks replacement, 2nd stage buckets replacement.
5-Measure and Check Inlet Guide Vans (IGVs’) clearances and backlash.
6-Measure and Check buckets tip clearances, Check concentricity and eccentricity of 1st stage nozzle (opening & closing), Measure and Check clearances between 1st stage & 2nd stage and their shroud blouks (opening & closing).
7-Measure and Check buckets tip clearances, Check concentricity and eccentricity of 1st stage nozzle (opening & closing), Measure and Check clearances between 2nd stage & 3rd stage and their shroud blouks (opening & closing).

-Carried out the (PM&CM) maintenance of rotating Equipments Like:-
-Pumps (Centrifugal, Immersed, Submerged, Plunger type pump, high speed pumps, low speed pumps)
-Compressors
* Centrifugal-comp-(MAN Turbo) Remove compressor stages, bearings, rotor balance out from the compressor stand and reinstall in the site.
* Reciprocating-comp (Nouvo pegnione, Rand Dresser) including valve maintenance, dampers cleaning, (rider, piston) rings change, cylinders liners change, and clean water jackets.(Several times)
-Mixers (immersed impeller (like in tanks), immersed (like in waste water wells.
-Reporting to concerned mechanical manager on the final results of executing the job including recommendation and failure if found.
-Complying with Client Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE-MS) and conducting Toolbox meetings with subordinates for discussing safety and methods of completing job tasks.
