Contract Management Professional having 12 years of varied experience in Oil and Gas Sector with Mid & down steam section in Project environment. As a Contracts Manager, carry cutting edge exposure in Drafting, formulation, execution and closure of Contracts. Having worked in both Owner and EPC Organizations, I carry niche in understanding various contracting strategy adopted by both organizations. Possess a flair for adopting multicultural environment, modern methodologies and technologies. Having worked for three largest business groups, I owe the flair in contracting from small scale contracts (i.e. ARC, Maintenance etc) to very large EPC Contracts in Oil and Gas Sector both in Petroleum Retailing and Refinery. Hands on experience on software i.e. Enterprise Resource planning, MS Office, Lotus applications. I have worked on ERP platform in Contracts and Procurement module for 9 years in HPCL. I had an opportunity to work on various EPC contracts involving key refining technologies with FOSTER WHEELER, ABB LUMMUS and UOP, Black & Vetch, Flour etc. on Delayed Coker units and Merox units, Sulphur plants, NGL Plants with cost intensive projects ranging from US$ 175 Million to US$ 2.5 Billion.
