• Getting generated programmes for all Exploratory and Development Drilling activities for Ahmedabad Asset and Western onshore basin drilling related to Ahmedabad.
• Generation of performance based Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports with time balance rig efficiency and variance analysis of results.
• Monitoring Drilling Operations and providing Engineering And Technical support including mud services and cementing services for Total Drilling activities.
• Evaluation of Replacement of equipments, Refurbishment plans and up gradation of Equipments and technologies in the area of Drilling, Drilling Fluids and Cementing equipments and technology with a aim to reduce the cost of Drilling operations.
• Call for studies to solve Drilling problems, and Order implementation.
• Conduct Reviews of QHSE System at rigs, periodical Reviews of plans in hand capabilities and long term Company objective and action plans.
• Conducting daily meetings of office support system, Location Manager Driiling, Cementing and Location Manager Drilling Fluid, Planning Managers, Operation Managers and Engineering Heads.
• Getting Technical and Economic Studies for reduction of cost to remain cost competitive even when the Company is presently operating as Government PSU but is likely in the impending to competition in future.
• Coordination with Ahmedabad Asset/Basin Teams as sequel to performance contract and Service Level Agreement like operator and Service Company.
