Entrusted with: Analysis of Vehicle and productive material costs
• Timely and accurate analysis of the inventoriable services, duty payable, local materials, units in transit, work in progress, labor, burden, and units in company use.
• Review and monitor weighted average costs of vehicles to ensure accuracy.
• Process credit notes and Production receipts for materials returned to the Local stores or to the suppliers from Production.
• Process goods received notes (GRN) for materials purchased through Petty cash.
• Process labor, burden and forward contract rate adjustments in the Inventory module as required.
• Car rental charges- computation of the amount to be charged for the hire of company vehicles, by members of staff.
• Assisting in the cyclical and Annual Inventory counts and processing of any adjustments to stock arising thereon.
• Monthly reports to Ministry of Planning and National Development-Central Bureau of Statistics on finished units.

Inventory Planning
• Coordinating stock take and variance analysis after the annual and cyclic stock takes
• Tracking key inventory performance indicators, turns and ageing and application of IAS2
• Monthly closing of inventory module in the Sage system.
• Reconciling purchases and finished vehicles on a monthly basis
• Ensuring correct and timely closure of production work orders
