Materials Controller/Procurement or Cost Analyst

Fifteen (15) years of experience with Saudi Aramco in the field of Material Procurement, Cost & Office Administration (Worked on SAP & B2B for 4 years):
Material Expeditor:
Worked with Saudi Aramco Project Management Team. Coordinate with Aramco Material Standardization Group & Contractor-Vendor/suppliers as and when required.
Track and prepare the status Analysis to follow-up the outstanding items with the contractor/vendor in the weekly meeting.
Find the Aramco approved vendors/suppliers and the Aramco materials Inquiries thru SAP.
Device and generate the Material Procurement/Delivery Status Analysis & Spare Parts Data packages reports/summary as per Purchase Order(s).
Track and maintain the files and documentation of Material Receiving Reports (In-Kingdom and Out of Kingdom), customs duty exemption request/ invoices, and vendor customs clearance.
Cost:
Review, reconcile various invoices under Purchase Order, Short Form Contract, EPC Contract, LSTK, WER, ITS, PMT/PMC Services, including Man-hour, engineering, procurement and construction costs based on the Contract/PO Terms & Conditions.
Prepare/update Monthly Project Cost Rack-up including, expenditures, commitment &fore-cast and invoice logs.
Allocate the cost to the right Charge Account, Cost Center, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
Analyze & generate the various cost reports as per management requirement.
Process Purchase Requisitions thru B2B/SAP Finance & Logistics Module.
Ensure that the invoices were or are thoroughly reviewed.
Ensure the service authorizations log and process the new Service Authorizations as and when required.

Post Graduatie Diploma In Computer Applications: Sigma Computers, Hyderabad
