10 yrs Oil & gas Experience HSE supervisor, seeking employment as HSE supervisor or HSE engineer in oil & gas or petrochemical company, the position should involve the implementation of the H&S management system.

Main responsibilities:
Carry out the company's health and safety management policy.
Concrete responsibilities:
Carry out inspections and follow up inspections to ensure risks and hazards within the operation areas had been identified and mitigated or controlled.
Implement, evaluate and maintain the health & safety management system in the field and ensure the compliance with legal requirement.
Carry out hazard identification and risk assessment for new or modified operation units.
Monitor and evaluate contractors’ performance to ensure their compliance with the company's regulations.
Monitor and assess the environmental impact in the field and working areas.
Conduct HSE training orientation for new staff and periodic fire fighting trainings and evacuation drills in addition of safe work systems and practices such as PTW, JHA and risk assessments techniques .etc.
Regularly review and evaluate the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and hold periodic meetings with ERP team.
Introduce defensive driving briefs for company's drivers.
Conduct the monthly HSE meetings
Review HSE documents and ensure safe keeping of documents and confidentiality of data.
Investigate incidents and accidents at working area, analyze the findings and determine the immediate and root causes and release reports to management for actions.
Manage PPEs, fire alarms and firefighting equipment by regular inventory and inspections.

Chemical Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
Development of assays to support raw material testing and the QC release testing.
Carry out chemical and gas chromatography tests for LPG, chemical and mechanical tests for polypropylene raw and product material.
Report analysis results to production department for adjusting processing methods.
Maintain the health and safety conditions inside QC laboratory.
Prepare monthly and annually reports.
