Variance analysis, financial modelling, and profit engineering.
Design/implementation of inventory control programs.
Advanced project management.
Multi-plant/department responsibilities.
All human resource functions.
Initiation of process modelling and continuous improvement processes.
Business process and productivity improvements.
Dealership, Job Shop, and Commercial construction management.
Power Plant Operations and management.
