Civil Engineer with 18 years experience in the construction of multi-storied commercial buildings, Bank buildings, auditoriums, Petrol pumps, LPG Godowns, Over head tanks, Mobile towers, Flats, GOVT office buildings, Staff quarters, and other complex civil structures . Worked for projects in Central Public Works Department, BSNL, Indian Oil Corporation & in Oman Ministry. Well conversant with the Commercial & legal aspects in settlements of Variations & EOT. Currently working as a Project manager for Oman Botanical Garden, which is the biggest in Arabian Peninsula. This is also the First LEED compliance project in Oman.
